Immediately after payment, you will be taken to a page where you fill a questionnaire to give us the details of the website you want, alternatively you can schedule a meeting with our expert team.
When we receive your completed questionnaire our designers will immediately get to work.
We will design the first draft of your website using a temporary website address normally within 5 to 7 working days. This will be a fully working website for you to provide feedback on. From this point, we will make any amendments you want until you are happy with our design.
Once you are happy, we will then put your website on pre-live. Pre-live is a stage where you can make your amendments to content before we go live. Once your website is live, we will request the outstanding of your payment. Once cleared, we will send over the login details for your Website Admin dashboard and every other detail that you need including documentation and training.
We find our Project Questionnaire great at capturing what clients are looking for from their new websites. However, if you do not like the designs we produce, don’t panic. The first draft is by no means the finished project and we have unlimited number of revisions and changes. We will keep working on it until you are happy. We only ask that you do not stray too much away from the initial design you gave us. We will work with you to resolve any issues you might have. Your satisfaction is our priority!
You will have access to the admin area where you can easily update blog posts, pages, images, products etc. In our Business and Enterprise plans, we will do this for you at no extra charge.

Not at all. Our payment is one-off and no other charges are asked. However, you will be required to renew the hosting and domain name after 1 year this is usually less than $100.
We offer free digital marketing services on our Business and Enterprise plans. However, you will have a separate marketing budget for this which is not included in the website design plan, this money is paid to the social media platform your ads will run.
